Scorpio Camera Car allows camera movements controlled from inside of the driving car at high speed with all safety measures for the members of the team. Outside there is an arm of 3,5 meters (extensible to 5,6 meters) with Scorpio – the stabilized head and the camera. Inside there 5 crew members: the driver, the arm operator, the head operator, the focus puller and the DOP, all of them siting comfortable, communicated between them and with the precision driver using the wireless head phones and monitoring the images from 5 high resolution monitors (HD and SDI). The design of the arm allows putting the camera as high as other existing equipment and maintaining the centre of gravity. With this design the system is very stable and safe. The digital controls allow pre-recorded positions, set limits, memorized movements to make this tracking system the most technologically advanced of its kind.
