Before applying for the filming permit, we normally carry on a recce and provide you full description and the logistics of the location with photographic and video documentation. Than we apply and pay for a permit on your behalf, as we are registered in Spain. You need to provide: exact location map with GPS parameters, shooting dates and hours, description of the shoot, amount of the crewmembers, overall production budget and any specific requirements such as closing specific part the location, closing roads and parking (how many cars). You may also provide a scrip / synopsis to support your application. It could take up to 2 weeks to obtain the permit. With Brexit in mind, we invoice the British production companies in GBP (British Pounds at the best commercial exchange rate) and you make payment to our account at NatWest bank in the City of London.
